Prior to selling we needed to replace two windows and Frank returned my call quickly, he came by the house to explain things in terms that we could understand, and we knew exactly what we were getting and what things would cost before any work would be done. Just prior to the closing of the home, there was a storm that damage the home to the point of needing new roof, siding, and gutters. Frank was an absolute lifesaver in stepping in and working not only with us but the realtor, the buyers, and insurance company in making sure things got taken care of so that it did not hold up the sale of the house.
